Refund Policy

Last Updated: June 21, 2026

Billing provider Apple App Store Apple processes Clavix subscription payments and decides all App Store refund requests. Andover Digital LLC does not receive your card or payment credentials.

Clavix Pro Subscription

Clavix Pro is offered as an auto-renewable monthly subscription through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Eligible customers may receive a 14-day free introductory trial. The Apple purchase sheet displays the trial terms, current localized renewal price, and billing details before you confirm.

Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current billing period, Apple will charge your Apple Account and renew the subscription according to the terms shown at purchase. Introductory-offer eligibility is determined by Apple.

Requesting a Refund

All purchases are made from Apple, which is the merchant of record. Andover Digital LLC cannot approve, deny, or directly issue an App Store refund.

To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase, select the Clavix transaction, and follow Apple's instructions. You may also contact Apple Support. Eligibility and approval are governed by Apple's refund policies.

Canceling a Subscription

Canceling prevents a future renewal; it does not automatically refund a previous charge. On iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Clavix, then choose Cancel Subscription. You will normally retain access until the expiration date Apple provides.
