New Clavix users receive a complimentary free trial period with full access to all Service features. You will not be charged unless you explicitly convert to a paid subscription before the trial ends. If your trial expires without conversion, your account will be downgraded or deactivated and you will owe nothing.
Free trial periods are available to new accounts only. Creating duplicate accounts to extend a free trial is a violation of our Terms of Service. If your trial expires without conversion, your account will be downgraded or deactivated and you will owe nothing.
Clavix offers monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize Andover Digital LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis:
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. If we increase the price of your current plan, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect at your next renewal. Your continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before your next renewal date.
If you are on a monthly plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge, no questions asked. Contact us at [email protected] with your account email. After 7 days from your first charge, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis up to 30 days from the charge date. Requests made more than 30 days after a charge will not be eligible for a refund.
If you are on an annual plan and choose to cancel:
Account credit has no cash value and is non-transferable.
Refunds are not issued for renewal charges on either monthly or annual plans unless you cancel before the renewal date and contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge. If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] promptly.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to the Service until then and will not be charged again. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund; refund eligibility is governed by Section 3 above.
If a scheduled payment fails for any reason (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds, bank decline):
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We aim to resolve billing issues within 5 business days.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension while the dispute is investigated. If a chargeback is found to be unwarranted, we reserve the right to recover any associated fees and to permanently terminate the account.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval. Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. We will confirm approved refunds by email.
