Dropbox has become an official connected app for Google Gemini, letting eligible US users search, summarize, share and manage Dropbox files from inside Gemini Chat and the Gemini Spark workflow tool. Access is limited to users 18 and older on a personal Google account, using English and signing in through the Gemini web app at gemini.google.com.
Dropbox is launching new integrations that let users connect their Dropbox accounts to Google Gemini, so they can search, summarize, and create content from their own Dropbox files inside Gemini's AI chat. The integration is available through two experiences: Gemini chat for all eligible US users (18+, personal Google Account), and Gemini Spark for Google AI Pro and Ultra subscribers, which handles automated, multi-step workflows.
