Rambus Inc.'s Chief Accounting Officer, John Allen, is retiring effective September 8, 2026, and will be replaced by William Taulbee, who has been the company's VP of Accounting since August 2026 and previously held senior roles at Gartner. Allen will stay on through September 30 to help with the handoff.
A Federal Circuit court ruled that patent owners must make sure all their licensees label products with patent numbers in order to collect damages for infringement that occurred before the lawsuit was filed.
