The judge ruled the plaintiffs sufficiently showed the breach caused them harm, including identity theft.
Under Armour shares rose 1.9% to $5.08 after Morgan Stanley resumed coverage of the stock with an Underweight rating (a rating meaning the analyst expects the stock to underperform the market) and a $4 price target. Analyst Alex Straton said the turnaround effort shows limited traction and that expectations for a sales recovery may be premature.
